The Company:
The company distributes a range of windows, doors and conservatories to the trade and have a growing branch network. With multiple additional branches being opened over the next few years it is a fantastic time to join them and be part of their success and future expansion.
The Role:
You will be leading a small team and will take full responsibility for the trade counter and warehouse operations, with a keen eye for building customer relationships through excellent customer service. Working closely with a dedicated management team, you will receive the support and training you need to help achieve the sales targets for your depot whilst gaining exposure to all aspects of branch operations including sales processing, deliveries, account management, cash management and financial reporting.
What You Need:
• Strong management and people development skills
• Experience managing your own P&L
• Demonstrable customer service skills
• A keen eye for identifying and developing sales
