We engaged Kellmann to recruit a high calibre, experienced Business Development Manager in 2023, after other agencies had failed to find suitable candidates.
Tom Kelly proved to be focused, energetic and quickly grasped the essentials of the brief. The roster of candidates presented resulted in us recruiting two BDMs rather than the planned one.
