Kellmann Recruitment are a specialist recruitment consultancy that focusses on sourcing and placing key people within the depot networks, sales, technical and management teams of companies that supply the construction industry across the UK.

We help solve the issue of recruitment for clients and make job hunting simple for job hunters. Our ambition is to be recognised as the number one brand and company for recruitment when time, quality and value are key.

Kellmann was formed by two friends both experienced in construction recruitment and with ties to the construction industry who saw a gap in the market for a high quality, great value, honest, efficient recruitment service for the depot networks and management teams of builders merchants, plumbing merchants, plastic/uPVC merchants and others that supply the building industry.

Over the past few years we have grown and developed our team of key consultants and now cover not only the Building Supplies market but also Construction Product Manufacturers, Construction Equipment and Executive Recruitment.

In-Branch
We understand that having the right people in branch is crucial to the reputation and success of building, steel and metal supplies companies. Employing individuals who understand the customers involved can be the difference between a branch being profitable or not, and this is why Kellmann recruit in-branch roles ranging from Trade Counter Assistants through to Branch Managers.

Sales
Identifying strong sales talent is just as important as having a strong foundation in-branch. Whether our clients need internal sales, telephone sales, field sales or branch sales talent, Kellmann are able to successfully source and individually screen the best people for their business.

Technical
From skilled engineers, through to experienced fitters & more specialised technical roles, we understand that sourcing for these key positions can be difficult. We identify and screen candidates to ensure only the best people are put forward for your consideration.

Leadership
Solid leadership is essential for setting the strategy in-branch and ensuring that sales teams run smoothly and effectively. Just as important is the support that’s on offer to these individuals from management which often enables them to be successful in their roles. As such Kellmann takes a consultative position with its clients to ensure any decisions are made only with full market knowledge in hand. This enables us to work in collaboration with businesses to identify and engage industry leaders, whether that’s Regional Managers/Directors, Sales Managers/Directors or Managing Directors.
